History

Richard Pratt, President of Quality Contractors, Inc. founded the company in the 1980's in North Potomac, Maryland. Today Quality Contractors is located in Orem, Utah and is responsible for the construction and renovation of many homes in central and northern Utah.

With over 30 years experience in the construction industry, Richard Pratt, a graduate of Brigham Young University, has been responsible for the construction of, or major renovation of 1,300 hotel rooms in 6 different properties for Marriot, Raddison and Quality Inns. He has also been a contractor for the construction, renovation and tenant build out of many office buildings in Washington, D.C. He has built numerous apartment projects and homes in Utah and Washington State.
