Renovation is a specialty of ours. Our focus has primarily been complete home renovation inside and out. From concept layout and design to a beautiful finished living space, we will work with you to achieve your goals and vision of how you want to beautify and increase the value of your home.

	Renovation - #1123 Orem, UT - 1900 sq. ft. This home was given a complete renovation from the inside out. Interior walls were moved in the entry way and kitchen/dining areas to better define the living space and give the feeling of more room. Wood flooring was added through out the home except in the basement where the concrete was treated to look like tile.The outside of the home was given a new roofline as well as a new exterior. Project time: 2 1/2 months
	Renovation - #4211 Cedar Hills, UT - 7200 sq. ft. This 7200 sq. ft. home in Cedar Hills was given a complete renovation inside and out. There was extensive rot damage and the foundation on the south side of the home needed to be lifted 6 inches because of sinking and given a new foundation. The exterior of the home was completely refinished, and now stands structurally sound as well. Project time: 3 months
	Renovation - #4362 Salt Lake City, UT - 7000 sq. ft. This home received a complete interior renovation. Interior walls were moved to better define living spaces within the home. Cement decks were added to the back of the home. Project Time: 3 months
	Renovation - #4653 Provo, UT - 3600 sq. ft. This home was given a complete renovation inside and out. Ceilings were vaulted, interior walls were moved to better define the living space. New master bedroom, bath and study were added. Bay window on front of home was added as well. Before renovation this home was 7 bedroom 3 bath, and after renovation 5 bedroom 4 bath. Project Time: 3 months
	Room Renovation - #1128 Provo, UT Elements of the living room and kitchen of this home were given a new facelift with paint and moulding accents. The oak kitchen cabinets were painted white with a light glaze and given new hardware. The fireplace in the living room was given a more elegant substantial feel along with the columns in the room and dining area.
	Room Renovation - #1129 Provo, UT The walls of this front living room & entry way were given board & batten treatment along with new trim along the base and the doorways.
	Room Renovation - #1130 Provo, UT This playroom was given new trim along the base, doors and the bay window.
